During the month of November I discovered and tried out a great range of products.
Products that include: skincare, books, and makeup. I enjoy finding products that will benefit me in life, whether that be with my health, wellbeing or adding value to my creative side.
Here are my 2016 November favorites:
Pretty Guardian – Sailor Moon – This is the first volume of Sailor Moon manga’s. I love this volume so much as I find it inspiring and it has lovely messages in it. Sailor Moon is one of the first animes that got me into drawing manga (you can read more about it here).
Lonely Planet – Great Escapes – This book is very inspiring (I love to read it every month >^.^<). It features a lovely range of wonderful places to visit in the world. It contains many places that are on my bucket list, such as Japan, and French Polynesia. It is a book that I look at to help with my visualisation (you can read more about it here).
Rise of the Tomb Raider – I believe this game is my favourite of the year (so far, I have not played final fantasy 15, I need to get it). Lara Croft is such an awesome character. Who wouldn’t want to be her? All that travelling and exploring the world. I would love to just pack up and travel the world, and visiting ancient temples. That would be an amazing life. This game is so much fun. Lots of weapons to use, and the scenery is so beautiful (you can read more about it here).
BYS Cosmetics – NUDE Palette – This eyeshadow palette contains a combination of matte and shimmer eyeshadows. The pigment is great and the colours are very beautiful. I have been creating great looks with this palette. I still plan to do a 10 day challenge with this palette, creating a different make-up look each day (you can read more about it and see swatches here).
e.l.f. Moisturizing Lipstick – Cheeky – This is my favourite lipstick right now. The colour is a lovely sheer frosted rose colour. It is quite natural looking, and is great for everyday wear. It is moisturising as well, which is important for me when choosing a lipstick to buy (you can read more about it and view other colours here).
Australis Cosmetics – Velourlips Matte Lip Cream – I instantly fell in love with this lip cream. The colour is the perfect nude for me, and it is long-lasting. It dries really fast, and does not come off when you touch it. It is such a pretty colour (you can read more about it and see other colours here).
Draw Manga Complete Skill – by Sonia Leong – I love this book. It educates you with many different techniques that are required to create manga. As an artist it is important for me to expand on my knowledge, and learn from other artist. This book is very valuable, and helpful (you can read more about it here).
Biore – Ultra Deep Cleansing Pore Strips – I find these strips so fun to use. It removes dead skin, and dirt from your nose. It is great for weekly use, and helps keep skin clean. It smells really lovely too as it contains tea tree oil (you can read more about it here).
NYX BB Creme – I bought this bb cream in the colour nude. It is the perfect shade for my skintone, and covers all blemishes well. I use it for everyday make-up with some mascara, and lip gloss. This is by far my most favourite bb cream. I have been using it for years now (you can read more about it here).
