I enjoy going for walks daily 😊😊
So I am super excited to have purchased some new running shoes. Yay! I can get back into running.
I enjoy walking and yoga more than running but it is good to implement running into your daily exercise routine as it has many health benefits.
I feel that going for runs will help me get more lean and feel healthier. It has been some time since my dog Lamington has gone for a run (I just take him for walks).
Of course Lamington and I will slowly ease back into running. Who knows? We may get better at it and increase our running distance each day.
