It is wonderful to be aware of all that is happening around you. Understanding the presence of people who you interact with, as well as the nature within your hometown. Not only is it good to be aware of life, it is needed that you are aware of yourself ❤
Having self-awareness is to understand your values and feelings. When someone offers something that goes against your values, you can easily say no due to being aware of your own consciousness. As with your feelings, when you are angry, you are able to recognise this and bring yourself back to a calm state. Having a positive mindset is great 🙂
Being aware does not mean that you are perfect. Of course, you can still make mistakes from time to time but when it comes to making poor decisions, you are more than likely to get the feeling that it is wrong to do. Yet, may go ahead with it. This can happen due to many reasons when you unconsciously make a choice.
To stay true to who you are and your values, it is important to communicate with your loved ones. Having good people around you with similar values can make you a better person. As they think similar to you, naturally your values are reaffirmed within you. You can write down your values every month as a reminder of what you believe in 😀
Checking in with yourself each month can be helpful to ensure you are on track with your goals and aware of your wellbeing. You want to keep yourself as happy and healthy as possible. Self-love is a must, as when you love yourself you will treat others the same way. It is beautiful to spread kindness and love throughout our lovely planet.
