Loyalty is a quality that is highly sought after and well respected. After all, who does not want those that they deeply care about to be loyal to them? I am sure you understand what it means to be loyal. Whether it be towards your partner, family or friends. It is great having each others back no matter what ❤
They say that without trust there is no relationship when you have a partner. I feel that this also applies to family and friends. If you cannot trust your parents, there must be something wrong with your relationship with them. We will not dive into the possible reasons but it is telling. You can simply ask yourself this question, “Who do I trust?”. Applying the question to all the close relationships that you currently have in your life.
Now, I am not an expert and can only go by my own experiences in life, so please take what I say with a grain of salt. If you find that you do not trust anyone, it may be a good idea to take a look into why there is no-one who you can trust. It is important to reflect on ourselves, our actions and what we can do to change a situation. Remember that no matter how dark a time in your life may be, there is always light at the end of the tunnel. You are lovable, deserve loyalty, love and to be able to trust others.
Loyalty equals trust, therefore trust equals love. When we are loyal to another being, we show commitment and that we trust them. Having this trust in them then shows that we care and since we care, there is a love that radiates from within our heart about them. Beautiful, right! Trust is not built over night, there is no time-frame as to how long it should take to trust someone but it does take time. Happening naturally as you get to know the other person. It is a wonderful thing to know that someone is there for you whenever you need them 😀
Not only should we learn to be loyal to other beings, we need to learn to be loyal to ourselves. There will be times that you will have to be your own best friend and have your own back. You need to be able to rely on yourself to guide you through the tough times, especially if there is no-one available to help you. Sticking to your values and having integrity will assist you with being strong. Allowing you to have a confidence in yourself, that you can take on any challenge that comes your way 🙂
Those who know how to be loyal understand that value within themselves, knowing they have a commitment to their partner, family or friends (maybe all). There is a sense of self-awareness as well as selflessness, willing to put someone that they care about before themselves. A kindness that can be unconditional love. Having loyalty in your life is freeing as you know that you have support when you need it and do not have to go through life alone.
We have to understand that not a single person can go through life alone. We each need human contact and company in some form. Animals can be comforting and helpful. Dogs in particular display loyalty in an incredible way. A dog will love their owner unconditionally. I know with my dog Lamington (he’s a 10 year old Toy Poodle) if I leave my house for even just 10 minutes, he gets super excited to see me when I come back. Jumping up and down, with his tail wagging everywhere. That is crazy loyalty lol!
Today on my YouTube channel I am sharing with you a happy colour pencil drawing of an adorable dog. They have a cute bone shape toy that has ‘Love’ written on it. Dogs are loving, amazing company and wonderful members of the family. My dog Lamington is the sweetest. He loves to cuddle, play and makes me laugh a lot. I love him so much! ❤
I hope you enjoy the video. Thank you so much for reading and watching! Be loyal, kind and loving in all of your relationships. Remember that whatever we put out into the world, comes back to us. Make it something nice every time. Have a lovely day!
