I enjoy watching birds out in nature. Going about their day, fluffing their feathers and looking out for who will give them food next. Birds are curious little creatures who are wary about their surroundings.
During the week at work I love spending my lunch time at parks. I work in the CBD here in Sydney and there are plenty of places to go for lunch. You can go to cafes, the wharf, malls and parks. Parks are my favourite place to go as the nature there makes me feel at ease ❤
Going for a walk during lunch is great as it allows me to recharge and get that burst of energy to get me through the rest of the day. You see, I am a morning person! So if I do not leave the office during lunch I will get super sleepy for the reminder of the afternoon.
My work does have a nice lunch room with a kitchen and balcony but I always go for a walk during lunch. I just cannot stand staying inside all day, since I am staring at a computer screen and sitting for most of the day in an office. It is important to get daily exercise, so why not get it at lunch? 😀
I love the feeling of fresh air and hearing the birds sings. Their little faces give me a lot of joy and make me smile. It is also nice to see other people going out to enjoy what nature has to offer. Birds and trees inspire me to write and create art.
