Life is full of all kinds of possibilities. There can be moments that bring us a lot of joy which we can cherish forever. Then there are times where things can go wrong, making it tricky for us to focus on the good ❤
No matter what you go through in life, it is important to see the good in every situation. Whether it can be shifting negative thoughts to positive ones or learning lessons from what has happened. What you choose to focus on is what will expand. The Law of Attraction is that like attracts like. So although you can naturally feel bad during a tough time, it is best to shift that feeling to a positive one 🙂
It is not to say that you can never be angry, sad or frustrated. We are human beings after all. Emotions are how we express ourselves and let us know when we need to change for the better. It is just helpful to not get caught up in your emotions. You can first feel the emotions, accept what has happened as you cannot change the past and then choose to move forward with your day.
Dwelling on the past is what can paralyse a lot of people. If you keep thinking about the past and reliving painful moments. You will continue to hurt yourself and not be able to move on to better things. As hard as it can be, it is best to let go of the past. Just like throwing rubbish into a bin, you can throw the past away. Take the lessons you need from it and let it go ❤
Such lessons can be applied to future similar situations. Doing so will allow you to avoid painful situations as much as you can. Having gratitude and taking care of your wellbeing can help you move forward with your life. Get a journal and each day list at least three things that you are thankful for. It could be your game collection, cooking skills and kind heart. Write more than three if you want to.
Taking note of what you are grateful for can be a wonderful reminder of what is important to you and what you have in your life. Be thankful every day and the universe will bring more good things into your life. To take care of your wellbeing do at least 30 minutes of exercise each day and practice affirmations. Keeping your mind positive will make you happier 😀
Love yourself and life. Appreciate all who you come into contact with. See them with love and be kind. Focus on the good in yourself and in others. Seeing the good wherever you go will put your mind to ease. It feels great to spread kindness and love. Do what you love each day and have goals. Working on your goals daily will keep you motivated.
