Our emotions reflect how we feel. We can feel happy, angry, sad, confused and much more. It is important to acknowledge how we are feeling and find out why we are going through particular emotions ❤
Where do our feelings come from? Can it be from a person, situation or just ourselves? The truth is no one can make us feel a certain way. Although it may seem that they can due to the behaviours that come towards us. It is up to us to process what is happening around us. You can either reject to feel what someone wants you to feel or accept it 🙂
If someone is angry towards you, you can respond in an angry way or ask what they want and do your best to help them. Every action that we take starts with a thought. We can choose to take a moment to breathe and understand the situation or we can react quickly by giving into the feeling of the circumstance. It is helpful to be still for a brief moment before you act on any situation.
Reacting too quickly can often result in a worse outcome. If you start fighting with the other person involved, it can cause further conflict and does not resolve the matter. Choose to be kind. Come from a place where you have good intentions every time to help the other person. It also feels good to be helpful towards others. Whether you know them personally or not ❤
Keep your heart kind as what we put out into the universe always comes back to us. Do good and wonderful things will happen for you. Do bad and unpleasant things can come your way. By being love, giving love and receiving love, we make our lovely planet a more peaceful place for all to enjoy. Understand that you are in control of your thoughts and can choose the way you behave.
Daily meditation is helpful with helping you find clarity, keeping your mind positive and assisting you to be calm. When you meditate every day, it gives you the opportunity to learn about yourself and get in touch with your heart. It brings you closer to finding inner peace and puts onto a path of enlightenment. Be willing to open you heart to all good things 😀
Love who you are and all that you do. When you love yourself, you are able to love others fully. We can only give what we have. If you love yourself, you can give that love to others as you understand love. If you are positive, you can pass on happiness to others. The same goes for if you are angry, you will give anger to others. Decide now that you will be kind always and spread love.
