Clarity can be reached when the mind is free of many thoughts. It is a place of peace where ideas and answers that you did not expect appear before you. Meditation is key to having a calm mind ❤
For your mind to get to a place where you have clarity at your reach whenever you need it. Practice of meditation needs to have been in place on a regular basis. Usually it can take a long time to get to a place of clarity. However, it depends on an individual’s experience. Some may get there within weeks as anything is possible 🙂
Both yoga and meditation go hand in hand together. Yoga embraces breathing techniques, balance, stillness, peace, calmness and strength. Meditation also encourages the same areas with an emphasis on peace to get to a place of clearing your mind. Stillness is an important area, especially since we have busy lives with all of our responsibilities and obligations.
It is peaceful being able to meditate whether you feel out of touch with your mind, need to relax or seek answers to questions. We are with ourselves 24/7, so even when we are not busy we tend to have reoccurring thoughts circling in our head. These thoughts can be confusing and cause stress if we are unsure with how to proceed. It is helpful to meditate to remove the clutter from your mind ❤
It is the same process as getting rid of unnecessary documents and pictures saved to your computer and phone. Sometimes we store many downloads and funny photos on our devices that do not serve us much of a purpose as it all becomes clutter. It develops into a mess that makes it hard for you to think and can confuse you as to what is important and what is not.
Limiting the amount of clutter that you have is the best way to go. Over time you can practice developing habits that can recognise useful documents and great photos for beautiful memories instead of things that may not have involved you in the first place. The same goes with meditation, with time you with find peace, love and clarity 😀
Self-love is something that can emerge from yourself as you learn more going into your mind. To love yourself is to be at peace with who you are. You will have the courage to embrace your unique abilities and follow your heart with all that you do. Practising meditation on a daily basis can bring you to a wonderful place of clarity that can guide you on your path in life. Enjoy your journey.
