Hope is what keeps us moving forward in life. Having hope for a better future, our loved ones to do well and for our goals to be achieved. It is good to be hopeful in any area of your life. Hope is something that we need to keep alive within our heart ❀

Life is filled with surprises, both good and bad. The good ones we can easily be thankful for and find joy in. It is the bad ones that can cause us anger, frustration and sadness if we allow to come into our mind. Sadly, some people go through bad experiences that can send them into despair, leading to loss of hope. The good thing is that hope is a part of us, even if you feel that you no longer have hope, it is still within you.

You cannot help but want a good life for yourself and those who you care about the most, right? This shows that hope is always going to be within your heart. Allow hope to blossom into your mind and be turned into motivation. If you hope to become healthier, start to affirm to yourself that you are already healthy and take the necessary steps to keep yourself healthy πŸ™‚

When you believe that you are healthy, you will become just that by wanting to eat healthy food, exercise and find other ways to be active. If you keep believing that you are lazy and unhealthy, you will continue to be that way, as it is what you believe yourself to be. Practising, “I am…” affirmations can be helpful to improve your confidence and wellbeing. Practice affirmations for a week and see if it makes a positive difference to your lovely life πŸ˜€

If you are going through something challenging, it can be helpful to talk to someone who you trust. Ask for help where needed. There is nothing shameful about asking for help. You can also send prayers or just talk to the universe like you would to a friend. It may feel odd at first but it is better to talk than to stay quiet when you feel that you are hurting ❀
