There are many ways to reach enlightenment. Meditation, forgiveness, peace, joy and love are some of the ways that you can obtain enlightenment. Meditation is great way to find peace and get to know yourself on a deeper level. When you find peace, you are able to let go of any ego and come to know that every being is equal on our lovely planet 🙂
Being connected through love and positive energy, you can see how your thoughts and actions make an impact. If you are unkind, the same actions will come back to you. Instead, you can send out love into the universe by being kind to others and wishing them the best. It does not matter if they have contributed to any pain in your life. Choose to forgive and move forward.
Forgiveness is something that many can find difficult to follow through. Even those who say that they have forgiven a person for their actions towards them, may still hold on to some form of anger about the past. This only further poisons them as each day passes, it gets stronger and stronger. Please learn to forgive and move forward with your life as you deserve to live a life filled with happiness, not despair ❤
Happiness is key to living a beautiful life. There is no point in searching for happiness as it is already within you. You just need to bring it to light by smiling, laughing and knowing that you are happy. Spend time each day doing the things that you love. Whether it be baking, swimming, running, reading or playing sports. Find joy in being yourself. You are enough as you are 😀
