Our lives are busy. Every day can have us thinking about what is the next task that we need to complete. It can be a frustrating loop as we get up in the morning, complete tasks and then sleep. Before you know it, it is a new day with tasks needing completion again ❤
Why do we keep ourselves so busy? When you look back over the years, you can wonder where the time went. Although you know that you lived each of those years doing what you believed was needed, sometimes you can feel that you could have done things differently to better your current stage in life.
Yes, I am sure that you can think of things that you would like to have done differently. If given the chance, you would redo them in a way that you feel would have a positive impact and better your life. Maybe if you did do things in another way your life would be in a better position now. This is something that we cannot help but wonder about 🙂
Yet, we will never know the true outcome of making different choices. What we do know is that if you did do things differently back then, you more than likely would not be who you are today. Each of our actions contribute to our life. The smallest change can influence what we do next. Our journey in life is made up of many paths. The paths that we choose influence how we learn and grow.
For all you know, if you had made different choices, your life could be worse. We can not predict the future. We can only visualise what we want to attract and take action in the direction of our goals. If you have regrets, instead of dwelling on the past choose to make better choices today. Think of the possible ways that your actions can impact your life before you act ❤
Write down the areas of your life that you want to improve and then plan out a schedule to make time for your goals. You have all that you need to get to where you want to be. Focus on achieving your goals and dreams. Choose to believe in yourself and never give up on your dreams. Practice taking moments of stillness.
Meditation can help you learn to be still and understand yourself better. During your still moments of meditation you will be more at peace and may find answers with what your next steps in life are. Clarity can arise and open your eyes to opportunities that you did not see before. Appreciate meditation and stillness. Love yourself and have patience 😀
