How you react to something difficult will either lead you to finding a solution or making the problem bigger than what it already is.
It is best to remain calm by taking in a deep breath and then analysing what is happening. You want to understand as much as you can about the circumstances. Once you feel that you have an idea of what is going on, it can be helpful to write down some solutions or talk about what is happening. If you are unsure how to solve it, ask for help π
You can reach out to a friend, family member or anyone else who you trust and ask for their help. Yes, it may be embarrassing, especially if you are the type of person who does not like to ask for help. However, you need to push aside any pride and just ask. There is no reason to feel ashamed when asking for help. If you cannot help yourself, you need to ask another person.
Every person has had their fair share of experiences. You have been through difficult times that others have not, as have many others been through situations that you have not experienced. It is good to learn from other people’s experiences. Someone close to you may have gone through what you are currently going through, so their advice can be extremely helpful π
We all live on this lovely planet together. If you are already a calm person. Share tips with your loved ones on how they can be more calm. If you are not a calm person, take some deep breaths, in and out whenever you feel your emotions are about to take over. It is good to release our emotions but we need to make sure that they do not take over us β€
Practicing meditation each day for at least 10 minutes will help you be calm and understand yourself better. It is lovely to drift off and clear your mind. When the mind is clear you can find clarity and better deal with your problems. Going outside for a walk to your local park can be great for your health and wellbeing too.
