I find that what helps my day go well, is being thankful. The first thing I do in the morning is give thanks to the universe for all that I have in my life. I will say thank you for my dog Lamington, the ability to draw and paint… thank you for my life and so on. I usually mention at least ten things that I am grateful for 🙂

Having a positive mindset is important for achieving a better way of life. It can be hard to look at yourself in the mirror and review your attitude. Especially, if you happen to be the stubborn type. Your attitude plays a huge role with how your day goes and how other people can interact with you. If you are grumpy often. You may notice that people will avoid you at times.

Family and friends will have a way of letting you know that they do not want to talk to you if you are grumpy. Can you tell how different your day is when you have a bad attitude? I know that with myself if I let even the smallest of things get to me, my day will start to attract other things that will bother me. So as soon as I notice this, I will deal with the issue and put positive thoughts into my head that things will get better 😀

This works, as it does get better. If I was to think that things will get worse, it would. Not only a bit worse, it could possibly snowball into something much bigger to deal with. It is best to tackle issues with a positive mindset and understand that you can overcome any challenges. Having positive thoughts allows you to come up with a solution, rather than getting frustrated 🙂
