We want things to go according to plan. Yet, it does not go the way that we want every time. Life can be unpredictable, with the constant changes and unexpected things happening each day. We could be having a great day filled with a lot of joy but also be worrying about something that is out of our control ❤
Worrying does feel like a natural part of life. It shows that we care, right? Having concern or deeply caring about a situation happens to all of us. If you are a parent, you will often worry about your children. Wondering if they are safe when going somewhere with their friends or if they are doing fine with their studies.
Any loved one, such as your partner, friend or family are each people who you may worry about the most. Since you love these people, you want the best for them and would never want to see them hurt. Another person that we tend to worry about a lot is ourselves. Thinking if we will ever obtain our dream career? What if the plane crashes when we are travelling? What if people at work do not like me?
Each of the questions that you ask yourself when worrying are pointless, as when you worry, you just create more worry for yourself. Then if you involve other people, they may get worried too and it could cause you all to worry further. Worrying is silly as it is thinking of possible outcomes that have not happened and may not ever happen.
It is playing a what if game, where all of your thoughts are scrambling to think of different possibilities. Doing this can be exhausting and is something that we do occasionally. Some most than others. Do your best to change your mindset and think positive thoughts. If you feel that you cannot afford something, instead of instantly saying that you cannot afford it, ask yourself how can you afford it? 🙂
Thank you so much for reading! Coming up with solutions and having a positive way of thinking can help you better move forward with your goals in life. If you keep worrying, it can prevent you from going towards better things. When times are tough, know that things can get better. Live in the present moment and visualise a positive future. Have a blissful day!
