There is strength within each of us. Some can easily show signs of bravery, having the confidence in themselves to resolve any matter. Then there are those who struggle to have courage to stand up for themselves. Bravery is needed, yet it is not easy ❤
Why is it at times when we know that we need to be brave, we may tense up and freeze? It could be due to the fear of the unknown as to what will happen next or what outcome may result from our chosen actions that can paralyse us. We may feel in the moment of being scared, that the best option is to do nothing, having hope that the problem will fix itself.
However, this is not how it works and we know that. You know within your heart and mind that you need to make a decision. To be brave, ask for help or run away are our options. It is not just dangerous situations such as being in a building that has caught fire, that we need to be brave. It can be receiving an unexpected bill, confronting someone who is causing us pain or finding a new job. There are many circumstances where bravery is needed ❤
The strength of our mind is best paired with a good heart. In moments of bravery, it may cause you to become angry or sad, so having a heart that is kind can be helpful to assist you with overwhelming emotions. You want to be brave and fix the problem without making it worse. It will do more harm if you were to seek revenge on whoever has caused the problem. Keep your mind positive, knowing that we are human and people make mistakes.
When things go wrong, it can be easy to blame everyone else but yourself. Seeing the world as a horrible place instead of seeking for the light at the end of the tunnel, can be a reaction for some people. It is up to you to make the choice to no longer accept the problem as it is. Instead of giving in, work on a solution, even if it means asking your loved ones for help. There is the saying that more hands make light work, making the problems weight lighter, as you are each picking up the pieces instead of doing it all on your own 🙂
You can be brave. We each have great strength within us and can do anything that we set our minds to. Yes, it takes time to get better at bringing courage out. Even when you have been through many experiences it is normal to feel scared when confronting a problem. You can be both scared and brave when facing something challenging.
Being brave does not mean that the fears automatically go away. As being scared does not mean that you are a coward. Feeling the fear shows that you care and want the best possible outcome for yourself and all involved. It is important to show concern because when we care about something, we will do anything to make things better. Believe in yourself and trust in your abilities. You are stronger than you think and can handle anything, especially with the help of loved ones 🙂
Today on my YouTube channel I am sharing with you a rabbits stacked blue monochrome coloured pencil drawing. It is a lot of fun drawing with one colour. Creating monochrome art is something that I find so much of joy in doing. We are up to day 77 of my #drawingdailychallenge. I have a new schedule for my blog, that I will share with you tomorrow. I am excited for next week! 😀
I hope you enjoy the video. Thank you so much for reading and watching! Have patience with yourself. Life is a long journey and it is not the easiest to figure out. You will get braver and stronger with time. Keep your mind happy and positive. Have a great day!
