Words are powerful. We are each judged by what we say. Our words can hold us accountable, especially if we make a mistake. There is the saying that if you have nothing nice to say, you should not say anything at all. The point of this saying is to be kind to one another ā¤
It is a good message to spread love, positivity and kindness. However, we do live in a world where we are human and not perfect, so there are times where we may not make the best choices. As a result these poor decisions may impact other people in a negative way. Causing them to give feedback about the disturbance of ones actions. The feedback may be unpleasant to hear, yet it does need to be said by someone, otherwise how will the other person know the impact of their bad choices.
Constructive criticism is important to have as when it is in place, it is feedback that a person can take in and consider to better themselves. Criticism being non constructive can be things such as an insult or wanting to physically fight the person who has made a mistake. This type of reaction is not helpful at all and can cause further pain for everyone involved.
So sometimes words do not always have to be nice. Still it is best to be polite and not let anyone get the best of you. Stand strong and understand what your values are. Be willing to listen to what other people have to say and ensure that they give you a chance to speak too. Communication needs to be fair between all who are involved š
We each need some form of communication. Human beings naturally have a need to interact with one another. We are social beings that thrive on being heard, wanted and loved. Talking to other people is needed on a regular basis. Just imagine if you lived alone in the middle of nowhere, with no internet, how difficult life would be? It would be scary.
There are many ways to communicate. You do not always have to talk to another person. Pets can be amazing company and can show a lot of affection. Some animals are so loyal, that you could say that they are more loyal than humans. Dogs are a great example of this. They are always happy to see you when you get home and instantly want to give you cuddles š
My dog Lamington (a 10 year old Toy Poodle) is the sweetest. He loves to cuddle when I am watching a movie and on the bed at night. I talk to him a lot everyday haha. He is the best, we both love going for long walks together. So if you do not have many friends, I highly recommend getting a pet. Make sure that you treat them equality, as they are family š
Today on myĀ YouTube channel I am sharing with you an simple mushroom desert primary colours only acrylic painting. Less can mean more. This was a really fun challenge, as painting with primary colours can make subjects stand out more. I love painting mushrooms.
