Our minds can become clouded with thoughts of worry, frustration and sadness. It can be due to the demands of life. Having to be at certain places, needing to complete tasks on time and having expectations that we set for ourselves due to obligations, can each cause a lot of pressure. During the times that you are feeling down, who can you turn to? ❤
It is in the moments where we feel our weakest, times where we feel like we have given it our all, yet cannot get one foot in front of the other. During certain circumstances of heading towards despair is when we need a helping hand to pick us up and an empathetic ear to listen to our current problems. No one should ever underestimate the power of empathy. It is needed to bring a persons mind back to light and show you care.
I am sure you do not like to see your loved ones be in pain. Whether is physical or mental, pain is not pleasant to see happen to someone else and it feels terrible when it happens to you. Going through awful times is when you will know who is truly there for you. They are the people who are the closest to you. It could be your partner, family or friends. It depends on who your loved ones are in your life 🙂
These loving people, have a love for you that is unconditional. It is a love that is so strong that they will always have your back and be willing to drop anything to comfort you in the darkest times. Of course, you need to be there for them just as much as they are there for you, as well. Love is a beautiful thing, it is built over time, gaining trust through actions of caring. The ones who we trust are the people who we truly love ❤
There can be times when you may not have someone available to lean on as we each live busy lives and some may have their own families to take care of. In these moments, it is important that we have ways that can bring us back to who we are. Doing what we love, reading positive quotes or going for a walk, can each help us find the light at the end of the tunnel.
Having a positive focus on our dreams can help. Talking to other people can help as well. It is good to spend quality time with your loved ones. Watching a movie, playing sports or going out for lunch can make everyone happy. Creating wonderful memories with people who we care about, can make for lovely moments to look back on 🙂
It can be a good idea to note down all of the things that you are good at and read them out loud. Doing this can help remind you what skills you are good at and what it is that you are working towards. It is not easy to keep going for your dreams but it is a purpose to do what you love. So keep doing your best and always remember why you started 😀
Today on my YouTube channel I am sharing with you a cats stacked orange monochrome coloured pencil drawing. It is a lot of fun drawing with one colour. Creating monochrome art is something that I find a lot of joy in doing. It is now day 75 of my #drawingdailychallenge. I have a new schedule for my blog, that I will share with you soon! 😀
I hope you enjoy the video. Thank you so much for reading and watching! Be there for your loved ones and know that they will be there for you too. Love yourself and life. Keep spreading kindness and love. More kind hearts are needed on our lovely planet. Be strong. Have a lovely day!
