Beautiful Happy Sunflower – Drawing Daily Challenge – Day #74 Mixed Media 🌸 artistbybeauty

Daily life seems to have a funny way of putting us into a routine. Even if you do not believe that you are doing the same usual things every day, you most likely are. It can be helpful to have guidance with each day as it comes. Yes, we are each different, yet can all benefit from knowing that we can achieve our goals with planning ❤

Waking up around the same time, eating similar foods throughout the day, brushing your teeth and enjoying your favourite way to relax are each common daily activities. These activities and much more become natural to do over time which is why you may not feel that you have a routine that you follow daily. Still, it can be good to have a schedule in place.

Writing out a weekly schedule can allow you to see an overview of tasks that you need to complete, where you have spare time to relax and put your mind at ease knowing that you can complete each task by the due date. The wonderful thing about having a planned routine is that it gives you the opportunity to learn more about yourself 🙂

With each schedule that you write out and stick to, can help you understand your behaviours and what works for you best. One week you may notice that you are too tired to exercise in the afternoon, so the following week you then change the exercise times to be in the morning instead, which works out better for you. If you had no schedule, you probably would not exercise at all and definitely would have not figured out that exercising in the morning suits you the best.

Can you see how having a schedule allows you to understand yourself better? I have to have one for every day of the week, especially since I write and draw a lot every day. Without a schedule, I could still complete my required tasks as I do many of the same types of tasks on a daily basis. However, having no schedule can make me prone to go over the due time of a task and forget what is to come next.

When you are busy every single day, tasks can start to merge, so it can be hard to separate each of them, which is why I need to have everything planned out. Having a planner will make your life easier. I highly recommend that you use one if you do not already.  Keep your mind positive and make time for yourself to relax. Doing what you love each day will keep you happy and motivated 🙂

Shine bright and smile. Our journeys are each different, yet we can all find joy by doing what we love and never giving up on our dreams. Whether your passions are baking, cooking, writing, sports, hiking… and so on. Keep doing what you love! The more allocated time and focus that you put into your passions, the sooner you will master them ❤

Today on my YouTube channel I am sharing with you a beautiful happy sunflower mixed media drawing. Sunflowers are tall and happy. They always seem to be smiling even though they do not have mouths haha. Flowers are stunning to see out in nature and can bring out the best in people. It is now day 74 of my #drawingdailychallenge. I have a new schedule for my blog, that I will share with you soon! 😀

I hope you enjoy the video. Thank you so much for reading and watching! Get into planning each week. Having a weekly planner will benefit you greatly. Allowing you to know what it is that you need to complete each day. All of this will keep you motivated to reach your dreams. Have a blissful day!
