Strength comes with experience. There are many unexpected events that can happen in life. Of course, we hope that we have more pleasant experiences than bad. The good ones make for the best memories but what about the bad ones? What do they mean? ❤
As you may have heard before that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over again and expecting a different outcome. I am certain we have all been guilty of this at some point in our life. It could have been staying in a relationship with someone who kept hurting us. Maybe it was leaving tasks to the last minute and always wondering why they never worked out?
You most likely would be surprised and quite disappointed if you wrote out each incident where you kept doing the same thing multiple times and were still getting the same unhelpful result. It can be difficult at times to admit something is not working, let alone that we are wrong. Most of our problems that arise are from our own doing ❤
Since you understand that you can make mistakes, do you see how others can make mistakes too? We each have times where we make a mistake and then there are other times where we make poor decisions. Mistakes are accidental such as dropping a plate. Poor decisions are intentional such as doing something bad secretly behind your loved ones back.
Mistakes are usually easily forgiven, it is the poor decisions one can make that are not as easy to forgive. Our hearts are strong when they need to be, yet can be broken quickly when someone betrays us. Some can hurt us so badly that it can take years to recover from. In worse cases, some do not recover. To be able to heal effectively, forgiveness is required ❤
You may be thinking that you should not need to ever forgive someone who has hurt you, as they did wrong. However, you will not be able to heal effectively if you do not forgive. Please hear me out. Forgiveness does not mean that the person who hurt you gets to stay in your life. It means to longer drink poison and expect the other to suffer, as this does not work.
When you forgive someone you are saying that you will always remember the poor actions they chose to do. That it hurt you deeply and you are choosing to put it behind you in order to move forward with your life. That such a horrible incident will no longer make you feel sick or cry. You deserve a life full of happiness and love. You are stronger than you think and can choose to live for you 🙂
Today on my YouTube channel I am sharing with you a bright happy mushrooms acrylic painting. I have been creating a lot of art containing mushrooms lately. The mushrooms are stunning and beautiful. Painting happy art fills my heart with joy. I love creating this type of fantasy art. ❤
I hope you enjoy the video. Thank you so much for reading and watching! As hard as it may be to believe, know that your heart can heal with time. Do what you love in life and take good care of yourself. You are worth loving and deserve to be happy. Have a lovely day!
