Creativity is not just physical. Being creative does not always mean things like baking a cake or painting an art piece, it can be within your mind. Having creative thoughts is to open up your imagination, creating stories, picturing your desired future or creating your own world. Your imagination is powerful and more importantly, you get to control it ❤
The mind can be a magical place where you can do whatever you want. A place for healing, experimenting and being happy. I love going deep within my mind through either meditation or when I go to sleep. These are the times when I have the opportunity to let my mind take me on mini journeys. Sometimes it will be to a place where I have recently been. Other times it is to a whole new world 🙂
It is a magical experience going to a new place for the first time, even if it is within your head. Dreams are great like that. Giving you abilities that you may not have in real life. The dreams that I enjoy the most are when I am flying or have the ability to breathe underwater. It is always fascinating when I swim into the depths of ocean within my dreams ❤
Yes, I am aware that the ocean is quite a scary place when you realise we have only explored a small fraction of it. It is the places of the unknown that can frighten us the most, since we are not sure what it is that we will find. I have had a connection to water forever, I think it was because I use to be a leader of a swim team and have been swimming ever since I was a baby. Rivers, lakes and the ocean, I love them all! 😀
If I have the opportunity to explore the depths of the ocean, I would take it. The nature of our lovely planet excites me so much. Which is why I enjoy travelling a lot. I hope things will get better soon for everyone and that we can be connected again through travel. There is great joy in travelling to another country, learning about the place, exploring and hanging out with the locals ❤
I want to travel more. I have been to places in Asia, Pacific islands, Australia (have been living here for 7 years now) and New Zealand (born and raised there). Every continent on earth is a place that I want to travel to. Of course, Asia is a place that I want to explore a lot since I am half Filipino. My family line is quite complicated to understand haha. I have quite the mix of cultures within me, as to why I will do an ancestry DNA test some time this year.
Being of a mixed culture has made me appreciate all people, no matter what they look like or where they are from. I love all people. Appreciating different cultures has allowed me to see all kinds of art. This has opened my imagination even more. I highly recommend that if you are not already, be welcoming of different cultures. You will learn a lot and can share your culture too 🙂
Today on my YouTube channel I am sharing with you a mystical moonlight cat acrylic painting. I have been creating a lot of art containing mushrooms lately. The mushrooms really pop in this painting. It is beautiful and mysterious. I enjoy creating this type of fantasy art. ❤
