It can be tricky to have hope when we are going through a difficult time, especially when we can see chaos happening around the world. Questions of why is this happening? How did we get here? When will the devastation end? Can each come to mind ❤
All of these questions and much more can be both mentally and physically draining. Pain has always existed in our world. Of course, there are different levels of pain. We cannot say that ones pain is nothing compared to another persons. When it comes to an individuals pain, it is theirs and only they alone can decide their level of pain, and how bad it is.
Pain comes with the experiences of hardship, going through times that in the moment we may believe we will never overcome. Yet each and every time a challenge comes our way, we seem to get through it. It is only once we have overcome an obstacle that we can see how much stronger we have become 🙂
There is a love hate relationship with such obstacles. Would we want to go through again, the challenges we have faced? More than likely not. If we are happy with who we are today, would we change the paths in life which we have taken? No we would not, since each experience has made us who we are today.
Sadly without pain there is no joy. It is an odd sentence to say but when you deeply think about every goal you have accomplished, there was some level of pain that made the goal worth achieving. That you were happy for obtaining the goal because you went through so much to get there in the end 😀
The pain that we experience in life also is a reminder for us to appreciate our loved ones, as well as ourselves. Knowing that those we care about are not going to be around forever hurts to think about, yet it is necessary to know to push us to spend quality time with the ones we love the most ❤
No matter what we go through or how much suffering is happening around us, we must never lose hope. Hope is what keeps us going and motivated that things will get better. Hope is believing there is light at the end of the tunnel and that the sun will shine after the storm. We are strong and will get through this together 🙂
