It seems the more you worry, the more everything goes wrong. If you are having to rush to work and keep thinking to yourself that you are going to be late, you will be. If you feel that you will write well when completing an assignment, it will happen. Do you find that whatever it is you are thinking about, is what you will attract into your life? ❤
There are many people who believe in the Law of Attraction. It is basically the belief that ‘like attracts like’ and vice versa. When you feel that something will go a certain way, that is what you will attract in life. It is the feeling as though the action has already happened, that makes it to have already happened. Yes, it is a little tricky to look at it that way but since we can visualise our future, what we feel now can make our future 🙂
It is magical in the sense that you can create your dream life by starting off with a dream. How amazing is that? In the comfort of your own home, while you are at work or on public transport. Wherever you may be in the moment is where you can visualise to create anything you desire. It is powerful and really does work. However, it is something you need to do for yourself as no one can do it for you.
Instead of worrying, take a deep look into your thoughts as to why you are worrying. If you are running late to work. Send a message to your manager or a colleague to let them know. There is no point stressing yourself over something that is not going to change in an instant. If being late to work is a pattern for you, think of ways that you can change up your routine to get to work early.
When going to work, I makes sure that I get up extra early and catch an earlier train just in case the first train is late. Doing this ensures that I am always on time and never late. I find it important to get to work early, to eat breakfast and fully wake up in a nice way before I start to complete tasks. Try getting up earlier and make sure you eat some breakfast, it will make a huge difference to your day 😀
What you do in the morning sets the tone for your day. If you are feeling frustrated, it will start off with not wanting to get dressed, then not wanting to leave the house and further worries about what could go wrong throughout your day will continue to rise in your mind. Can you see how it can snowball? Worrying creates more worries, it is an endless loop.
Yes, we are human, so we have valid times of frustration. It is important to feel your feelings and acknowledge them first before letting them go. Just make sure that you do not get too caught up in them. Feel the feelings and be done. It will do you and those around you no good to have yourself frustrated all day long. Set a timer if you have to. Then bring yourself back to positive thoughts and say what you are thankful for ❤
Today on my YouTube channel I am sharing with you a coloured pencil drawing of a proud mochi frog. Frogs make the cutest sounds. It is now day 56 of my #drawingdailychallenge. Mochi is a nice dessert that comes in the cutest range of colours. I am enjoying drawing these mochi animals so much, that I am currently working on mini comics of them (see mochi mouse post here) 😀
