A good day can vary from person to person. Some may say, just getting through the day is good. For others, things have to go according to plan. We each have different ways of life and values. What is important to one, may not be to another. Bad days come and go but when they are present, it can make you feel unhappy.

It is hard to see the good in every single thing. When you think about it, we are not robots so we cannot be programmed to be happy 24/7, as we cannot do things perfectly. Not one person is perfect, each having flaws of some sort. There are those who may be late to events, others not the tidiest of people. It is fine to have some things that are not so great about you ❤

Being not perfect makes you human and it is a good thing, as it means that there is always room for improvement. If we were perfect, there would be no need to improve. Come to think about it, we more than likely would not need each other as we could do everything for ourselves. The need for each other makes us vulnerable and have a desire to connect 🙂

It is normal to have a day where everything is just a mess. Bad days give us a reason to appreciate the good days. When we have a bad day it tests our ability to handle life itself. Giving us insight on what we can do better and need to change about ourselves. Allowing us to grow into better people. Yes, there are times where we can sink so low, that we feel as though we are suffocating.

When a day is terrible, you need to be careful not to cause yourself or anyone around you harm. Although is can be hard, do your best to take a deep breath before you say anything to anyone. As once you say something, it can be hard to take it back and sometimes apologising may not cut it. Always remember that you can overcome any challenge that comes your way 🙂

Thank you so much for reading! Aim to get better at handing bad days by exercising, practising breathing exercises, laughing when you feel angry and try to smile when you feel sad. Sometimes forcing out a laugh can make you feel so much better. It is amazing how we can trick our mind. Be happy and grateful for your life. It is a gift to be alive and be able to grow into whoever you want to be. Keep learning and improving. Have a blissful day!
