Inspiration comes in the oddest forms at times. It could be an apple placed in a fruit bowl that sparks an idea, the paint colour of a car or the shape of leaves on a tree. We can get inspired by anything and anywhere. Being inspired boosts our joy to pursue great things. Sometimes we do not know where it is coming from, we just know that we are motivated to create 🙂
Nature and animals inspire me the most. As to why they are present in my art each time that I paint or draw. I appreciate all aspects of nature. From the tiniest moss on rocks to the amazing heights a tree can grow. There is much beautiful nature on our lovely world to explore and learn from. It is the main reason why I love to travel. Whenever I travel I love to go for walks and take tons of photos of nature ❤
Animals have a stunning innocence to them. Although it can be unnerving to witness a lioness hunting, there is still a lovely calmness to animals. I enjoy watching wonderful documentaries on different animals and nature from many countries. It is amazing how things can be so different in one country compared to another due to the type of weather that they receive 😀
Africa is a place that I want to explore one day. I especially want to go visit Madagascar as the nature grows in the oddest way there. The trees look as though they are magical and from some sort of fantasy novel. Each time I see those trees in photos or videos it amazes me. Search for Madagascar trees if you have not seen them before. Playing Uncharted 4 a lot, has pushed me to want to travel there too. I would love to see a lemur in person.
This just shows that inspiration can come from anywhere, as a game has inspired me to travel more. I love both of the Tomb Raider and Uncharted game series. The scenes of nature are always stunning and breathtaking. Making me want to jump into the game every time. My eyes widen the most at scenes of secluded nature. It is the places that not many people have been to that intrigues me ❤
The Amazon Rainforest would be magical to visit, although it does frighten me since many things can hurt you there. Not only reptiles, insects or animals but also plants. So we shall see with time if I end up going there to explore. There are games, books, documentaries and information online that has amplified the inspiration within me to visit the Amazon Rainforest.
It is interesting to think about how people that cross paths with you, get inspired by what you do. I know that when I research a topic online, then read an article that a person has written or watch a video they have made based on their passion, it can inspire me. Although I have never met them before and do not know anything about them, I can get inspired by what they are currently doing with their life. I find this wonderful 🙂
Today on my YouTube channel I am sharing with you a coloured pencil drawing of a chipper mochi tiger. Tigers are elegant and beautiful. If you have not yet, try mochi some time as it is delicious. It is now day 48 of my #drawingdailychallenge. Mochi is a lovely dessert that comes in the cutest range of colours. I am enjoying drawing these mochi animals a lot and will draw more of them (see mochi fox post here) 😀
I hope you enjoy the video. Thank you so much for reading and watching! Keep doing what you love and ensure that you enjoy it every time. You never know when your work may be inspiring someone else to accomplish their own goals and dreams. Spreading love and positivity is a powerful thing. Have a happy day!
