How many times have you thought about, what you believe your future may be like? Have your thoughts been good or were they bad based on the current circumstances. We tend to think of the worse when we are going through a difficult time and since the pandemic grew quickly over our lovely world, so did our thoughts about the future โค
The uncertainty has been strong, as has the fear. If you had not thought too much about the future before, I am sure you have at some point these last few months. The power of going through hardships is that it tests every part of you. Your mind, body and soul. Your mind is pushed in ways like never before. Thinking at a capacity that is fast yet wise, working out how to bring in money to cover bills, how to take care of everyone in your household, and what to do to give the best chance of having a good future for yourself and your family ๐
It is in these moments that we are stressed but always trying to find a way to hope for the better. Going through the emotions, feeling every single one of them. Each emotion can take time to process and be fully felt, before you can move back to a place of clarity and ideal thinking. Going from moments of sadness to anger and then happiness, seems to be an endless loop. One that you feel like you will not ever be able to escape.
I know this may be hard for you to hear. You may believe that your circumstances are just going to get worse as it is hard for you to see that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Please never give up on hope or yourself. You are much more stronger than you think. I am certain you have been through tough times before, that in such experiences you previously thought those times were your worst, and that you had similar feelings about never getting through them.
We need to remember that we have been through years of life so far. Having many ups and downs. Going through very tough times that if we told another person, they would ask with a concerned face, as to how we got through such terrible circumstances. You need to be proud of yourself, that you are strong and can overcome any challenge that comes your way. Set aside time each day to visualise a positive future for yourself. One where you have a good job, live in a comfortable home by yourself or with whoever you live with currently, and that you are happy in the future.

Think of the feelings that you have, the absolute abundance and gratefulness in your life. You can create whatever future you desire. Keep your head held high and your heart kind.
