Do you ever drift off into a fantasy world. One where you are free to do anything that you can imagine. A beautiful place filled with mythical creatures and magical powers. Yes, the type of place that some may call you crazy for thinking about lol. A world where you can fly and your dreams are instantly a reality, well at least to you 🙂
Drifting out into the worlds that I create is something I enjoy doing on a daily basis. It keeps me creative and motivated to write stories. I love getting lost in my thoughts and letting it see where it takes me. At times you do forget how powerful your imagination can be ❤
I have had moments where I imagined myself to be a strong leader of some lovely fantasy creatures and by the time I returned back into our world, I felt as confident as I had imagined myself to be. It was as if that confident self in my head came to real life. It is interesting how the mind can believe one thing, then implement it into your daily life. I enjoy this different type of confidence 😀
I guess this is why visualisation is incredibly powerful. This is where you picture your goals and dreams, the things that you want to accomplish in life. You imagine how you would look and feel in the future. What you could be doing and each of the ways that you would be different. Basically a dream version of yourself ❤
This all may sound silly to you. It depends on how much you believe things like this work, as it takes effort to look into, in order to understand. If you have time, please try to practice visualisation daily. Just for 10 minutes, either as you wake up in the morning or before you go to sleep each night. It works for me, so I hope it can for you too.
As I enjoy my fantasy worlds dearly, I love to write stories that correspond with events going on within them. My characters mean a lot to me and each of them has a purpose, as do we all have a purpose in real life too. It is magical bringing your characters to life. I find great joy in learning more about them each day 😀
I love to draw and paint fantasy art. Mermaids, unicorns and fairies are some of the mythical creatures that I enjoy creating. It is a lot of fun drawing characters flying or swimming in the deep depths of ocean. I also enjoy creating scenes containing magical architecture. Buildings that look ancient, yet could fit in today’s world.
Today on my YouTube channel I am sharing with you a coloured pencil drawing of a cute cat in a flower. They look adorable laying on their back like that in the beautiful orange flower. I have been enjoying drawing a lot of cats lately. Cats are a lot of fun to draw. They make do cutest poses. It is now day 34 of my #drawingdailychallenge. I am proud of all of the drawings I have drawn so far ❤
