Happy Easter with Loved Ones, Be Safe Coronavirus Drawing Day #13 – Coloured Pencil 🌸 artistbybeauty

Do you believe in the Easter bunny? You know, the adorable rabbit that randomly shows up at your home, placing chocolate eggs for all of your family and friends to enjoy. Such a kind cutie, right? I would love for chocolate to just appear in my house like magic, especially if I could request specific types 🙂

For myself I see the Easter bunny as the ambassador of Easter. The one who is the face of chocolate eggs. Many people, especially children get excited over Easter as there is a lot of chocolate on sale and to get through over the weekend. Chocolate eggs are not an everyday indulgence that we can have at any time of the year. It is only around Easter time that they are available ❤

My favourite chocolate eggs are the ones with caramel filling. I am a huge fan of all things caramel. I enjoy salted caramel ice-cream, caramel popcorn and caramel latte. Caramel is just a wonderful dessert taste to have after a meal. My next favourite filling for chocolate is peppermint as it is refreshing and makes me feel amazing! Peppermint is also great as a tea. Green tea, peppermint tea and chamomile are all of my favourite tea’s to drink.

Easter is also an important time to be with family and friends. It is nice to be able to share desserts with plenty of love. I know that a lot of us are finding it very hard to make plans for Easter. Especially since many of us usually spend time with our loved ones. However, for the time being, we need to be strong and keep staying safe at home. We can do this by focusing on the things that need to be done and what we enjoy the most 🙂

Put much of the focus on what you are currently enjoying. It may be things such as drawing, painting, presenting, cooking, baking, gaming… the list goes on. By focusing our energy on what we love doing the most, we are channelling a wonderful force of energy. Having great energy will assist you achieving your goals and dreams. It is important to show gratitude on a daily basis.

We have to be thankful for what we have. Whether it is people that are close to you such as family, friends or a partner; or our personal belongings like a notebook or phone. Easter is a nice time to be happy, celebrate with good food and amazing company. Since we have to stay indoors for this Easter due to coronavirus, you may not be able to spend time with your family but what you can do, is video call on the day.

It is important that we stay in contact with other people online. Because if we do not communicate during the time we are in lockdown, it may be hard for us to have good social skills for when this is all over and we return to work. Please make sure that you are taking care of your health and wellbeing. Eat good foods, exercise daily and communicate with others from afar ❤

Today on my YouTube channel I am sharing with you a coloured pencil drawing of a cute chibi girl and Easter bunny giving her kisses. It is now day 13 of my #drawingdailytofightcoronavirus challenge. I am drawing each day until we beat coronavirus. We all need to practice social distancing, even through Easter time. Let’s all stay safe, keep our distance from each other and communicate online 😀

I hope you enjoy the video. Thank you so much for reading and watching! Please be kind to one another, have hope, love, be safe and practice good hygiene. Let’s continue to show empathy and compassion for those who have lost loved ones to the virus. Keep staying safe and healthy. Have a blissful day!
