Strength starts from within. It is channelled by our mind and shows through our actions. Being strong is not always physical as you can be mentally strong. It is important to have a strong healthy mind, as your mind decides on what you are going to do next and confirms when you are safe, which keeps you calm 🙂
Having a strong healthy mind means being able to overcome obstacles that come your way. It is a true test of strength when you find yourself in a difficult situation and are able to calm yourself, to then think of a solution. Once you know what the solution is, you expand your mind, thinking of different ways that will lead you to achieving the set solution ❤
We all have the ability to make our minds healthy and strong. You can eat healthy foods, get plenty of sleep, take vitamins, exercise daily or spend quality time with those that you care about. How do you feel about your mind? Would you say your mind is healthy or that you are currently working towards this?
Having a strong healthy mind is wonderful, as you have the ability stop someone or something from influencing your mind. We each have different values, beliefs and ways of life. When your mind is strong, no one can bring you down as you will not take them seriously. You know yourself inside and out, be your own guide where you can. Take charge of your life, you deserve to be in control of your destiny and you can 😀
Get a pen and paper or journal . At the start of each page, every day write down at least 10 things that you are grateful for, this can include any moments that you can remember throughout the week. When you write down what you are grateful for and truly feel the ‘thank you’s’ amplifying throughout your body. You will start to feel, much more happier and that you can take on whatever comes towards you ❤
Our minds are incredibility strong, being able to absorb all shorts of information, filtering out what we need and what is not important to avoid further looking into. To not let anything impact our minds in a negative way, we constantly need to be feeding positive thoughts to ourselves. These positive thoughts are great and make us feel unstoppable, as we feel that we can do anything.
I appreciate different kinds of minds, as I love our planet. Basically, all forms of life. Life is precious and goes by so quickly. We have to always be thankful for every moment we get to experience, such as: showing love for those that you care about, being able to constantly have positive thoughts and keep calm in even the most toughest situations.
Today on my YouTube channel I am sharing with you a coloured pencil drawing of a chibi boy (yes, he has long hair lol). This sweetie is holding an adorable ginger cat (my favourite cat colour haha. I will continue my #drawingdailytofightcoronavirus challenge each day until we beat the coronavirus.
