Beauty is all around us. It is in the trees, sky, people and animals. Life itself is beautiful. Every life on our lovely planet is precious and unique. We are all unique in our own way. Coming from different cultures, backgrounds, lifestyles and values. Each beautiful in many wonderful ways 🙂
The difference in itself is beautiful. Have you ever wondered what it would be like if everyone had never been allowed to visit another country? If we did not have foods from different countries? If we were not allowed to watch movies from a culture that is not our own? The world would be less interesting and not connected at all, when you think about it. I have always had a passion for meeting people from different countries.
It may have to do with the fact that I am half Filipino/half Kiwi. Being a mixture of cultures, from a young age I took a liking to learning about other peoples backgrounds and cultures. Growing up, I attended many Filipino events with my mother and siblings. There are many fun memories. One was when we went on a Easter hunt, where all of the parents hid Easter eggs and treats throughout a park. All of us kids at the time, raced to search for the foil wrapped chocolate eggs and even though some of us found more than others, everyone was kind and shared with each other ❤
Sharing, truly is caring. We need to be thankful for all of the countries in the world as we are all important. Together we make the world and the world makes us. Our actions speak louder than words. We do not have to learn each others languages (especially since we have wonderful technology to help translate for us), but what we can do is smile, share food and be kind to one another. Each of these are easily doable 🙂
The beauty of all of our countries is that we bring many great things, that are unique to our cultures. I am a huge fan of Mexican and Japanese foods. Both quesadillas and inari are my absolute favourites. I really enjoy burritos and sushi too. Ok, I am a foodie so I could talk about this wonderful blessing forever but we shall carry on… haha. Clothes, bags and jewellery are another things to appreciate from many parts of the world.
It is beautiful the creativity from each of our countries. Each having a different style and use of materials. There is an artist inside each of us. You may think to yourself that you are not creative but the truth is, we are all creative. I am sure you are the one who dresses yourself, that you have cooked before, put together a present for someone that you care about or decorated your home. To some extend, each one of us creates art, maybe without realising it 😀
The most beautiful beauty is of the heart. A true beautiful person, makes other people feel better when they have finished speaking to them, shows acts of kindness without expecting anything in return and smiles despite the challenges of life. Beauty is strong in the heart that has been broken, yet seeks to love again. A kind heart is the best heart. I named my blog Artist by Beauty back in November 2016 as I love to create art drawn from the beauty of our world, as well as worlds I passionately create for my stories.
Today on my YouTube channel I am sharing with you a peaceful warm sunset on a beach, acrylic painting. I love the ocean so much! The sound of the waves puts my mind to ease. The sand feels so soft and cosy to lay on. Falling asleep by the ocean is complete serenity. I would love to live on a tropical island. I fell in love with the island Mare a part of New Caledonia (see my last visit here). It was so stunning. I have been meaning to go back. Hopefully I can within the next two years ❤
