What do you believe is the purpose of life? Take a moment to think about it deeply… Could your answer be ‘Wisdom’? No…maybe knowledge does not mean much to you. Could it be ‘Success’? I think you will need to be more specific with that answer. Are you thinking ‘Love’?… if so, I would have to agree with you as I believe that the purpose of life is love ❤
It is simply my own opinion, that you do not have to agree upon. I just feel that when we are loved and give love equally, we feel so much better about ourselves. Do you agree? I am curious about how many people believe that love is the most important thing in life. Yes, I am aware that knowledge – wisdom we shall say, is very important as well. The thing is you cannot gain knowledge without a love for it right?
I guess some knowledge can be gained by experience but wanting further knowledge requires passion. Ah, so many questions. Are we getting deep? In order to want to achieve something there has to be love behind it. Love for family, friends, animals, our passions and life itself is great. The best type of love is unconditional. It is when you love someone so deeply, that you will love them forever, even if they do something wrong.
You can still be mad or upset at your loved one but your heart will never stop loving them. It can be painful to love another being on such a deep level, yet there is no better feeling than love. I guess the feeling of happiness comes close, though it is not comforting like love. We are social beings who each deserve to know that someone loves us, always has our back, and we will have theirs. Supporting each other to the every end. Through all the good, as well as the bad.
Now, expanding on unconditional love. The deepest love is a love where both individuals will do anything for one another, treat each other as equals and find a lot of joy in quality time spent together. On a lovely level this can be with a close friend but on a deeper intense level, this would be with a partner. Not just any partner, it would be with the one that you choose to be with for life.
The one who is your best friend, makes you laugh, knows all of your secrets and loves you with all of your flaws. They love you for who you are and vice versa. It is a love that is incredibly beautiful that it radiates when the two of you are together, people notice the happiness you have. There is love, trust and commitment. You both understand that there are other beautiful people in the world but choose to be committed to each other.
Sharing a love for one another and also sharing a kindness to the world as you grow together. This is true love! Shared experiences are what is important for the both of you, as you know that you cannot take belongings to your graves. Time with each other, family and friends are the true treasures of the world. Moments in time shared with loved ones.
