Jumpy, bouncy and cheeky are some fun words to describe a chinchilla. Have you ever seen one be playful? They really sprint around you in circles and jump around on whatever is close by. It is amusing to watch 😀
Chinchillas have a lot of energy, some of which I wish would rub off on me. I would love to be hyped up so easily and instantly be ready to run around like crazy. Imagine all the extra things you could get done in a day if you had that much energy. It almost looks like adrenalin. I guess it is since they are super excited.
Luckily enough there are wonderful ways that we can increase our energy. Three ways to do this are: eating healthy foods, having a regular sleeping pattern and excising. These each sound simple, am I right? Yet it can be difficult for many of us to implement into our daily life.
Let’s take a look at the first one – eating healthy foods. Well, I guess my drawing including cookies speaks for me lol. Yes, I eat as healthy as I can (hopefully you’ve seen my healthy hot pot meals in my Instagram stories). Eating lots of fruit and vegetables each day is important. It can be hard since I have a cookie addiction. I do my best to eat healthy. I honesty could be cookie monster in another universe ❤
Balance is key when eating food. Eat some cake, cookies or chocolate and just make sure you eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. We have to live our best life – so I’m not giving up my biscuits anytime soon! Having a regular sleeping pattern is a great way to increase your energy. Most adults require at least 6-8 hours of sleep each night.
When you get a good night sleep, you wake up feeling refreshed as your body has healed from the stresses of the previous day. Ensure that you get into a better sleeping routine if you have not already. I love to listen to meditating music as I fall to sleep. It relaxes and soothes my mind 🙂
Exercising is a lovely way to increase ones energy. I know that it can be hard to do, especially after a long day at work but it will make you feel better and stronger. No matter what level of exercise you are at, it is important to get active at least 30 minutes a day. As a bonus exercise can help reduce stress and make you feel happier.
