Poodles are my favourite type of dog, particularly Toy Poodles. They are smart, witty, energetic and great company. Dogs in general are great family members to have. They bring a lot of joy, fun and are super loyal 🙂

I had always been a cat person until I got my dog Lamington (a Toy Poodle). He is 10 years old and yet he still acts like a puppy haha. He has been one of the best things to ever happen to me. I love how he makes me laugh, cheers me up when I feel down, is so loving and is the sweetest company to have ❤

Lamington is smart. He knows how to do tricks and is very cheeky as he knows how to get things to go his way. It amazes me how energetic he is as he still acts like a puppy. He is crazy at times, it makes me laugh a lot and always makes me smile – even if he does something naughty 😀

I enjoy taking him for walks. Going for walks is my favourite outdoor activity to do as it relaxes me and helps to clear my mind. I love to go for a walk when I have too many things on my mind (which is too often lol), it helps a ton. Exercise is great, especially when your in good company.

Even though I am more of a dog person (I love all kinds of animals. I’m a huge animal lover), I still would like to get a cat. Lamington grew up with cats and always got along with them. It was cute seeing how gentle and playful he was with them as he grew up. Hopefully this year we will be able to get a lovely kitty to add to our family ❤

Today on my YouTube channel I am sharing with you a water colour painting of a blue Toy Poodle. Yes I know there are no blue Toy Poodles but it is always fun to play with colour. Lamington has beautiful black fur with white bits of fur and a white beard. He is the cutest!
