Snake Love Heart Drawing – Coloured Pencil 🌸 artistbybeauty

I know people tend to be scared of snakes but I really like them. It was during the summer holidays of 2005 that I first patted one at Dreamworld (a theme park) in Queensland, Australia.

I was working at my fathers friends florist in Brisbane during the school holidays. It was my first proper job. Following orders for gift baskets and gift boxes for corporate companies. Our team would neatly place gourmet food items and alcohol into beautiful gift baskets/boxes.

Decorating and making gift baskets is something I love to do, especially during Christmas time. I love to decorate presents in the most beautiful way. I enjoyed working at the florist as it allowed me to be creative and master the art of gift wrapping and creating gift baskets.

Since I was on holiday back then in 2005, I went with a colleague at the time to Dreamworld and that is where I got to see a snake in real life for the first time. It was long, scaly and pretty. I was not scared at all. I actually wanted to hold it but was not allowed to for obvious reasons haha 😀

I have now been living in Sydney, Australia for over six and a half years. So I think it is about time that I go to a reptile park and organise to hold a snake. I will be doing IRL live-streams on my Twitch channel from the middle of this month (mid-February 2020). Holding a snake during a live-stream for you to watch will be fun. Let’s do it!

Today on my YouTube channel I am sharing with you a cute couple snake drawing. Sorry that the footage of this video is a little bit grainy. It suddenly stormed when I had already started filming and the clouds darkened the lighting. There was lightning and very heavy rain. Lovely weather to relax indoors to. I am happy I managed to still film.
