Swimming in either a river or at the beach is one of my favourite outdoor activities to do. I have always loved the water, deeply as funny as that may sound. Since I was little I would challenge myself every time I went swimming to go deeper into the water.
I liked to pretend I was a mermaid and yes, this was not only as a small child but well into my late teens. Haha, who am I kidding? I still do this (I will be a mermaid forever). It has been a thing that I do when under the water, to hold my breathe for as long as I can 🙂
A fun challenge is to time yourself while holding your breathe underwater. The longer I did this, the more I felt I was a mermaid lol. I am actually considering sewing my own mermaid tail. I have seen them online and think they look beautiful (its definitely on my bucket list to swim at the beach while wearing one).
Fantasy and adventure are two of my most favourite genres when it comes to books, movies and games. I love mythical creatures such as mermaids, fairies and unicorns. So it is only natural that I would love to dress up as a mermaid and experience what it could be like to be one. I am sure it will be magical.
2020 is the year that I will be sharing with you many creative projects. I am excited to take you along to conventions and share with you the progress of sewing my own cosplay costumes. There are a lot of awesome games coming out this year, giving great opportunity to cosplay as some amazing characters.
Today on my YouTube channel I am sharing with you a lovely hippo who is swimming in cool water. It is their favourite place to be, have fun and observe those around them. Hippos really are very cute and look cuddly (even though you would not ever go near one haha) 😀
