Smiles create a wave of happiness. A smile is contagious. Think about it, if a person smiles at you. Do you not smile back? I suppose it can depend on how someone is looking towards you when they smile but usually a smile is a sign of happiness ❤
A smile is warm, friendly and inviting. It let’s the receiver know that they are acknowledged by your presence and that your heart is connected with theirs for a brief moment. An act of kindness and a subtle loving form of communication 🙂
We each need connection. Communication is important as we all want to be heard, loved and wanted. Obtaining happiness is an ultimate goal for many. Yet happiness is not something you obtain, it is something that you have to work at to continue to achieve.
You see passion leads to happiness and to have passion you need to put in the effort. Effort is taking action, being consistent and moving forward in life, no matter what! When we love what we do or love the people who surround us, it can lead to happiness as we are achieving goals.
There is an amazing feeling that comes with achieving a goal. As the effort put into achieving goals is done with passion (love all the way!), this leads to consistent action which develops into happiness as goals are met. It’s great ❤
