The cat-eye is a go-to-look for most when it comes to applying makeup. Usually it is done with a black eyeliner, creating a thick angled line that wings out from the outer corner of the eye ❤
For the longest time, wearing winged-liner was the normal thing for me to do. Especially back in the days of going clubbing and to parties with friends (side note – I have never been a party girl but would always get dragged along to them by friends, until one day I was like no more! I prefer reading or gaming than going out haha).
I have always enjoyed playing around with makeup. Well when I was 18-years-old I would wear foundation, mascara and red lipstick (sometimes I would add metallic blue eyeshadow). I did not really get into wearing eyeshadow until I was 23-years-old when I entered a beauty pageant in my hometown.
The pageant was good for getting better at public speaking and learning more about makeup. I really did not like having to wear fake tan and hair extensions, as to why I did not enter one again, despite being asked to enter others. There is a lot that goes into participating into a pageant. It’s just not my cup of tea haha 🙂
Makeup is great for enhancing ones features and creating artistic looks. It is about self-expression and knowing that you are beautiful. Every person on earth should feel beautiful, loved and wanted. Each individual deserves to have their existence acknowledged 💕
Today on my YouTube channel I am sharing with you a blue cat-eye makeup look. Blue is my most favourite colour as it reminds me of water and you know how much I love the ocean. Some may think that the colour blue equals sadness, instead for me it reminds me of pureness, hope and healing.
Thank you so much for reading and watching! Know that you are smart, beautiful and amazing in all that you do. I believe in you, you can achieve whatever you want. Have a nice day!
