Connection is important. As living beings, feeling connected to one another gives a sense of belonging. That there are people who care for you and that you care for others too. It is a give and take relationship with those that we truly care about ❤

I enjoy connecting with others. Particularly with other people who are like-minded, sharing similar interests and values. It is necessary to be open-minded when coming into contact with people, as we are all from different walks of life 🙂

That is why we must never judge a book by its cover. No matter how appealing or unappealing they may appear. We cannot assume that we know what a person is like. Yes, at times this can be difficult to avoid as our beliefs and communication skills form a foundation at an early age – making us judge others quickly (even when we were kids).

Most of the time these walls of judgement are self-protecting walls that are put up by ourselves to avoid getting hurt by others. It can be hard but walls do need to come down. Love needs to be shared more, not only in a romantic way but in a way where we can have loving relationships with family and friends.

It is best to love and to have others to share the love with. Nothing beats having a great laugh with friends. Being able to turn up and see family feeling like you were just there yesterday, yet it has been a year and you instantly feel close. Looking at your partner with love in each other’s eyes and knowing exactly what each other is thinking. All of these are the beauty of love! ❤
