My cat obsession in my art is now getting out of hand lol 😀 I just can’t help it. I love painting cute animals! Cats just happen to be the ones that I include in my paintings the most ❤
Well, that will most likely change in the upcoming weeks. I tend to get fixated on a subject. As a result I draw and paint them a lot. It all depends on what is currently a part of my life. Such as watching anime will make me want to paint pastel, innocent-like, yet sad with a touch of happiness and awkwardness concepts. Yes – anime is complicated haha 🙂
When I spend most of my time in parks or reserves I find myself gravitating to paint trees, branches, leaves and birds. Nature and animals are my favourites to paint. Birds are nice to study as they are very beautiful and sweet. I sigh with awe every time I see a bird fluff up their feathers. It’s too cute!
Lately I have been spending my lunch time in parks during the week at work. The trees are super tall in parks, in the CBD of Sydney. I will take some photos and vlog next week (just waiting for good weather, not crazy hot but also not stormy weather – the weather is strange here). I am thinking of doing a lunch live-stream on my Twitch channel here and there. It will be fun, even if it is short ❤
Yes, I have been meaning to get back into live-streaming art and gaming on Twitch. I am focusing on consistency this year. So once I start streaming again, I have to stick to it! This will be from next week Wednesday night. I work full-time so it may be tricky but I love streaming very much, that it needs to happen soon.
Today on my YouTube channel I am sharing with you a watercolour painting of two fluffy cats spending time together watching a sunrise. Watercolours are always fun to paint fluffy cats with. I love that texture!
I hope you enjoy the video. Thank you so much for reading and watching! Dare to get out of your comfort zone, yet stay true to yourself. Have a nice day!
