Can you believe we are already into the second month of 2018 😊 😊
Time sure does fly by. I have slowly been creeping my way back into my fitness routine. As to why I have purchased some new fitness gear, to get right back into it.
I honestly hardly ever buy new active wear. Maybe once every two or even three years. I like to get the most out of items I already have, before buying new ones.
Since my old fitness gear is worn out, I purchased some new shorts, pants and tops from Cotton On Australia. I haven’t bought new running shoes yet (I will soon though).
I need to get back into running as soon as I have new running shoes. That way I will be able to achieve some big personal fitness goals for 2018.
I have also had some changes with my work recently and injured my knee for the first time ever. It’s not broken, just something to do with the muscle.
A strain that takes weeks to heal. Having this injury happen, in a way is a positive thing because it has reminded me that I need to build up my muscles and be strong again.
Not like She Hulk or anything like that, just physically strong, lean and fit haha. I have some fitness plans for my YouTube channel as well.
I love inspiring and making others that I encounter feel good about themselves and want to be the best versions of themselves. So I would love to start making fitness / health / wellbeing related videos.
