I just got back to Australia today and I am super tired from travelling.
So happy to be home though. I have a lot to sort out, as I start my new job next week on Monday, and need to work my studies and everything else around work.

I love reading sewing books (you can read about some of my favourites here). Even if you are an expert at sewing, you will sometimes need to refer to a good pattern drafting book to ensure you are getting your measurements right, in the correct areas.
5th Edition – Metric Pattern Cutting for Women’s Wear – by Winifred Aldrich – This book is my favourite patterning drafting book. I have referred to this book for many years. It is easy to follow, with clear instructions, and simple diagrams.
Inside the book:
First of all there an introduction, followed by information on: pattern & design cutting, fabrics, and tools & equipment for making patterns. The book is then divided into four parts.
