5 Ways to be Calm – WELLBEING

Hi 🙂 🙂

It is a cloudy Sunday in Palmerston North, New Zealand today. I have just managed to finish my assignments and submitted them for marking. Yay!

Last night was a fun 21st party. Lots of yummy food, great music and food. It was nice to have my family come to the party as well.

This afternoon I shall be visiting my Dad, and going to see my sisters as well. I love spending time with my sisters, we always have so much fun. I especially love spending time with my Mum ❤ ❤

Every time I come back to New Zealand it is although I never left. It doesn’t matter how long it has been, it always feels the same when I visit.

I really am use to Sydney, Australia being my home. I love how it is busy and that there is also lots of things that you can do, it never gets boring.

Ok, I better go visit my Dad. Thank you so much for reading. Have a great day!
