I love Winter Tag – Q&A

It is Summer here in Australia (it has been crazy hot recently), but Winter is my favourite season, so I am so happy to be able to do this tag 🙂 🙂

1. Favourite lip product

I really love lip products from e.l.f. Cosmetics. My favourite lip product from them is the e.l.f. Moisturizing Lipstick in the colour Cheeky (you can see swatches, and read more here). It is a beautiful nude colour, and is great for everyday wear. I love how it is moisturising, and long-lasting.

2. Favourite drink

I am a huge fan of green tea. I always have a cup of green tea each night, while reading a book or manga, before I go to bed.

3. Favourite nail polish

When it comes to nails I prefer either neutral, pinks, or reds; as those colours can go with any look. My current favourite nail polish is also by e.l.f. Cosmetics. It is the shade Innocent (which is a frosty nude colour), and is part of the e.l.f Cosmetics 3 piece nail set (you can click here to see photos of the nail polish, in my very first blog post).

4. Favourite candle

I do not have a favourite candle, but I do have favourite candle scents. Which are vanilla, citrus, and lavender. I find these scents to be refreshing, and relaxing.

5. Favourite attraction

Anywhere where there is snow. If I have the chance to go I will (as it does not snow here where I live in Sydney). I really love the snow. I usually visit family in New Zealand in Winter (I guess that can count as an attraction haha).

6. Favourite accessory

I am such a scarf person. Winter, Summer, any season! I will wear a scarf. Even when it is hot I will wear a scarf (I am strange in that sense). I just love the feel, and look of them.

7. Favourite candy

Dark chocolate. Yum!

8. Favourite movie

Anything anime. I really love Spirited Away. Anything by Hayao Miyazaki I will watch 😀 😀

9. Favourite blush

I love blushes by NYX Cosmetics. I do not have a favourite though, it always changes, depending on my look.

10. Favourite things to do

Write stories, and draw. I love to write my own stories, then draw pictures to match each of my stories. Being snuggly in bed is also nice.

    1. Me too 🙂 🙂 Lol yes, the hot weather is terrible, you cannot stay in the sun too long since its too hot and get all sweaty, its so gross. Yes, I love that about Winter. I can just layer clothes during the day, and be snuggly in a blanket at night ❤ ❤ Love having hot beverages in winter too. I really do not like sweat. Its so hot today, and is going to be a super hot weekend, aww I hope the weather gets cooler next week x x

      1. Hey Capili! OMG yess it is so hot today! Above 40! And it will be hot this weekend too! So not good! One of the worse things is having a virus (which makes you feel warm) and hot weather! It is pretty bad especially since I have no air con but a fan! Sigh! I hope it gets cold next week! Hope there is less suffering to you! Avoid getting sun exposure, it is so bad for the skin! Best to carry a umbrella haha 😛

        1. Yes it was so bad on Saturday the weather. We had to have the air con on all day, and night. Yes, it would be horrible having a virus that makes you warm, and then having the hot weather on top of that. I hope you have been ok during those super hot days on the weekend. I know what its like to have just a fan. We use to live in a studio unit, and only had a fan for Summer, it was terrible not being able to sleep properly (only getting 3 hours of sleep, then off to work). I am lucky now that we moved to a townhouse and have air conditioning. So happy that its cooler today, and will be even cooler tomorrow 🙂 🙂 Yes, I always avoid the sun, even if I look silly with an umbrella. I burn too easily, and really don’t like being burnt haha ❤ ❤ x x

          1. That’s fortunate that you have aircon! 🙂 The heat was indeed unbearable! I couldn’t sleep properly most of the nights, usually wake up with sweat! 😦 Glad you are free from that suffering! Omg really? Glad you moved and have air con! That’s good, townhouses are better than apartments. More space, less sound from people above! Glad it is relatively cooler today – better than the past few days! Ikr, it may look not that awesome using a umbrella but I actually have seen people use it in such heat – it is worth it. Looks do not matter if we save our skin! 😛 All the best, Capili! ❤

          2. Yes I’m so thankful for the air con. Since I am use to it now I don’t know how I survived previous Summers in a studio unit ❤ ❤ Yes I like having more space, and a backyard, and it really is less noisy 🙂 🙂 Thats right, its so important to protect our skin 😀 😀 I hope your orientation week is going great and that your all better x x

          3. Hi Capili! ❤ IKR… once you get used to it, you somehow forget how it was really like! I used to live in a very cold area but now, I am in a relatively warm area – I can't really remember the cold that much! Glad the new place is better than the studio unit 😀 Thank you so much!           4. Yes ❤ ❤ It makes its harder coming from a colder area. I'm from Palmerston North (NZ) and its a cold city, for people there a hot day in Summer is 28 degrees lol. Yay I'm glad it went well. Haha yer its always awkward meeting new people, I'm sure you'll make some nice friends there. I'm studying alot so I haven't really been interacting as much on my blog. I'm still getting use to things 🙂 🙂 x x

          5. Hi Capili! :d Wow really? 28 degrees is nothing compared to 40! Now that is a luxury! I saw today some man opening up a umbrella to walk in the hot sun! I came home from uni and from the bus to my home was so hot! I didn’t feel the heat cuz my uni has air con and is very cold to the point you can wear a jumper! Man I have to wear a hat because a few days ago, I didn’t wear a hat walking home and when I reached home, I had a small headache! Fortunately it didn’t last long! Thanks! Yeah it has been a relatively awkward week, meeting new people in my first tutes! Today was weird, I had to sit with 5 boys/men! :O They were goofy and it was weird LOL I really need to come early so that I can seat with girls! Same, I haven’t been in my blog as much as before. Just checking notifications and scheduling posts.:D Good luck and all the best for your studies/life! ❤
