Books are so good for the soul!

I love to read. I find reading to be relaxing, and way to open up my mind to new ideas. To me knowledge is key to continuous learning.

My favourite types of books to read are: adventure, fantasy, self-help, comic, and manga. I have a huge passion for manga as I love to write my own stories, and draw manga.

Post 10 January 2017 Pic 1.pngI received both these manga books in previous Loot Anime boxes by Loot Crate  (I have not made a post on the boxes these came in, but you can see the sort of things that come in a Loot Anime subscription box in a previous post here). I love to read manga in bed with a cup of green tea, just before I sleep ❤ ❤

post-10-january-2017-pic-2Sword Art Online: Progressive – by Reki Kawahara –  The manga has been amazing far. I have not gotten too far into this manga yet, but I am sure I will love it as I love the anime so much. Sword Art Online is one of my favourite anime. I love the idea of being able to be part of a virtual world that seems so real (I am sure this will happen some day).

Kirito, and Asuna are one of my favourite couples in anime. They are so cute, and sweet together. I love that they both have swords as weapons. A sword is my favourite type of weapon. I really like their outfits as well, the designs are very stylish, and have a modern take on old styles of clothing. I need to buy more Sword Art Online manga, as I find it to be well written, and very inspiring.

post-10-january-2017-pic-3One Punch Man – by One – Who does not love Saitama? He is so funny, and laid back. I cannot help but smile, and laugh each time he has that look on his face (you know what I am talking about if you have watched the anime). I had not read the manga before, I had only watched the anime.

I really am enjoying this manga so far. It has plenty of funny moments in it, and I love the superhero sort of style (which One Punch Man is about). The expressions throughout the manga make me laugh so much 😀 😀

I will be sure to review these manga books once I have completed them. Let me know if you have read these or watched the anime before.

  11. I have just started watching One Punch Man and i love it already. I agree the humour is great in it..almost perfectly done much like the legend of Aanng. There is also a manga book series and tv called Ranma which I think is something you’d also enjoy. It’s got the same artistic style and humour. Lovely to read your post.
